Tardiness was a concept from the 13th century, but because of the interpersonal relationship, it was accepted without any prominence in modern society. However, Tardiness between individuals and groups, between individuals and companies is a newly formed relationship in modern society. Nevertheless, tardiness and punishment tended to be interpreted as relationship between individual and individual and resulted in personal error. However, unlike the relationships between individuals, the remaining relationships have power differences. It has no substance, has economic initiatives, or is deprived of voting rights.
Society changes And individuals change. And this change is caused by technological advances, changes in economic conditions, and changes in welfare conditions. The thirty minute late was anywhere and anytime. But the object is different and the situation is different. The interpretation of human rights and rights can vary from time to time. Attempts to interpret tardiness as useful have been rare. This paper approaches tardiness from the point of view of utility and provides a starting point to be interpreted as a signal that, in particular, the tardiness and irregular time accumulation of Korean workers falls short of advanced working conditions.
