This paper is an extension of [1] Abarca,M2019. The basis of the theory is introduced in such paper, consequently it is needed to know it before to read this one. In this paper Dark gravitation theory is applied in the outskirt of disk region, whereas in the previous paper the theory was applied only for radius bigger than 40 kpc, where it is supposed that baryonic density is negligible regarding dark gravitation density.
The Differential Equation for Gravitational Field, hereafter DEfGF, inside the halo region is a Bernoulli equation which has analytical solution, whereas inside the disk region where baryonic density is not negligible the differential equation has to be solved numerically. This differential equation is a Chinis type one.
To sum up, when DEfGF is studied only inside the halo region it is got a Bernoulli differential equation whose solution is analytical. When the dominion of DEfGF is extended to the disk and halo then it is got a type Chinis differential equation whose solution is numerical.
In this paper will be introduced and solved numerically by Matlab software the differential equation for field in disk region for radius 26 kpc up to 200, 30 kpc up to 200 , 35 kpc up to 200. These results will be compared with the analytical solution of field got in previous paper.
In order to do a good comparison, firstly it will be compared the solutions of Bernoulli differential equation inside the halo dominion 40 to 200 kpc: The analytical and the numerical solution got by Runge-Kutta method. The results show that relative difference is about 2/10000. Which is a magnificent agreement.
Secondly it will be compared the Bernoulli differential equation and the Chinis diff. equation in the halo region 40 to 200 kpc. The relative difference is about 2/1000. As it was expected the difference is negligible because it was known that for radius bigger than 40 kpc the baryonic density is negligible.
Afterwards it will be solved the Chinis diff. Equation at different initial condition, 26, 30, 35 and 40 kpc and these results will be compared with results of Chinis diff. Equation from 40 to 200 kpc. It will be shown that field got throughout the dominion is always lower that field got at 40 kpc as initial condition. Furthermore, it will be show that the lower is the radius as initial condition the bigger will be the difference between both solutions.
Finally it will be shown the two possibilities to increase the field solution of Chinis equation at radius 35, 30 and 26 kpc to get the same value of field that Chinis equation at 40 kpc. It will be justified that a light increase in the factor responsible of dark gravitation matter is the most plausible solution.

Dark matter is a major component of the universe, about six times more abundant than ordinary visible matter. We measure the effects of its mass, but it escapes the telescopes. It has the particularity of emitting no radiation and interacting only by the action of gravity. The main purpose of this article is to try to answer what dark matter is: we conjecture that it is composed of magnetically charged neutrinos, true magnetic monopoles. But that requires a huge conceptual leap: Maxwell's laws must be inverted and the electric charge becomes a magnetic charge. Asymmetric "reversed" Maxwell's laws would provide the "dark" magnetic charge that would replace the electric charge. The very form of the Dirac equation, which imposed on ordinary matter that the particle carries an electric charge and obeys the principal properties of the electron, would impose in the dark matter that the "dark" particle obeys the main properties of a neutrino associated with a magnetic charge. The second aim of the article is to show that dark matter is derived from black holes, mainly from active supermassive black holes. This requires a second conceptual leap: the horizon of the black hole undergoes a high temperature and an intense pressure of magnetic fields which cause a blackout and a phase transition (or broken symmetry) when the matter crosses the horizon. The result is a reversal of Maxwell's laws: a magnetic charge is substituted for the electric charge, and the electric current becomes a tributary of the magnetic current. A third important conceptual leap follows: sterile magnetic neutrinos created inside the black hole would cross the horizon to the outside to constitute dark matter.

Some time ago I pointed out that radio telescopes in the North Pole of the Earth are most likely to find information transmitted by advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. Reading the news recently, I noticed that the Canadian CHIME telescope has obtained repeated fast radio burst (FRB) signals in the past few years. The FRB 180916.J0158 + 65 detected in September 2018 has a very fixed 16-day oscillation mode. From the results of CHIME Collaboration analysis, this FRB signal is from a spiral galaxy 0.03 redshift outside the Milky Way. However, the results of my analysis also show that the signal is actually highly likely to come from the interior of the Milky Way, even stellar systems that are very close to the solar system. If the signal comes from the inside of the Milky Way, the energy required to propagate it to the solar system does not need to be so large, so it is likely that it is a signal transmitted by extraterrestrial civilizations, and it will carry a lot of extraterrestrial civilization information. It is worth our in-depth study. This article also puts forward some suggestions for improving the CHIME telescope.

Star light deflection near the sun of 1.75 arcseconds during a solar eclipse has been attributed to post-Newtonian physics for over a century; however, this can alternatively be shown as a geometric resultant of the Sun-Galaxy interface very near the Sun, and specifically conforming exactly to the curvature of the Sun’s orbit in the galaxy. It is clearly demonstrable through basic geometry that the post-Newtonian light deflection is simply due to the Sun-Milky Way Galaxy EquiPotential (EP) interface, and that a simple ratio exists to explain the galactic origin of the deflection effect. This report examines data and reviews solar eclipse deflection tests for their geometry as evidence for this alternative explanation, which we now add as a component model to Diffusion Gravity(DG) theory; moreover, we present a corresponding mechanism for deflection of light near the Sun due to virtual particle behaviors for photons. This effect of gravitational equipotential surfaces on the propagation of light occurs at the interface between gravitational scale regimes, i.e., the Sun-Galaxy interface where virtual particle (VP) streams from the Sun and galaxy form a boundary interface depletion zone, where a proportional diffusion “pressure” causes the attraction of the masses toward the depleted zone, while also manifesting light deflection-refraction effects near the Sun.

It is generally accepted that stellar annual or secular aberration is attributed to
the changes in velocity of the detector. We can say it in a slightly different
way. By means of the all known experiments, stellar aberration is directly or
indirectly detectable and measurable, only if a detector changes its velocity.
Our presumption is that stellar aberration is not caused by the changes in the
velocity of the detector. It exists due to the movement of the detector regarding
to an absolute inertial frame. Therefore it is just the question of how to
choose such a frame. In this paper it is proposed a method to detect and
measure instantaneous stellar aberration due to absolute velocity. We can call
it an “absolute” stellar aberration. Combining an “annual” and an “absolute”
we can define a “total” stellar aberration.

n this paper, we will show that in addition to measuring annual and diurnal stellar aberration it is also possible directly to measure the angle of secular aberration caused by the motion of the solar system relative to other stars.In the manuscript [1] we dealt with this problem and gave a short description of a special telescope. Using such a telescope we would be able to measure the exact position of the cosmic objects and thus eliminate errors that occur due to the stellar aberration. Assuming that the tube of the telescope is filled with some optical medium [2], we will show that this does not significantly affect the measurement of the stellar aberration angle, but also that these differences are still large enough to enable us to determine the velocity at which the solar system moves relative to the other stars

There is an asymmetry between the mass of the electric charges, for example proton and electron, can understood by the asymmetrical Planck Distribution Law. This temperature dependent energy distribution is asymmetric around the maximum intensity, where the annihilation of matter and antimatter is a high probability event. The asymmetric sides are creating different frequencies of electromagnetic radiations being in the same intensity level and compensating each other. One of these compensating ratios is the electron-proton mass ratio. The lower energy side has no compensating intensity level, it is the dark energy and the corresponding matter is the dark matter.

The ESA (European Space Agency)’s Planck space telescope revealed in 2013 that the total mass-energy of the universe had a composition of 68.3% dark energy, 26.8% dark matter and 4.9% normal matter that makes up stars and galaxies (baryons). However, it has not been successfully realized until today to detect and thus to prove the existence of dark matter and dark energy. There should be some fundamental problems to be addressed and the universal space-time itself must have its own hidden characteristics. If there is a universe consisting of three space-times, and each space-time touches at one point at the same time, then the general theory of relativity comes down to the special theory of relativity. It estimates here the universal space-time by using the special theory of relativity i.e. the combined velocity, the increasing mass, the duration time and the quantum rate. The results suggest that each of "the ternary space-times" has its own specific light velocity and that the cosmic age of dark matter uncatchable can be about 100 million years in our age of the universe 13.8 billion years.
