The binary star system HMC (J0806.3+1527) emits gravitational waves near 6220.5 $mu$Hz, which can be detected with superconducting gravimeters. The signal amplitude can be raised by in-phase addition of many data sets to the point where the second derivative of the orbital frequency can also be measured precisely. Knowledge of the frequency evolution is necessary to understand the transport of matter in this mysterious stellar system.

For more than 300 years there has been evidence for relationships between the radii of planetary orbits in the solar system, known since about 1766 as the Titius-Bode Law, (TBL). According to this law, the radii increase exponentially in equidistant steps. Due to recent findings, substantial modifications of this law seem to be appropriate: 1). Not the radii, but the period lengths are correlated.2). Resonant ratios of the period durations determine the behavior.3). In more and more exosolar planetary systems and planet-moon systems this behavior is registered. 4). Which unknown coupling mechanism causes this resonance?Neither in its original form, nor in its "generalized" form, TBL can be explained on the basis of classical gravitational theories. On the basis of ARG, TBL may very well be expected, with all the details given above. Thus TBL, older than "Mach's Priciple" and "Foucault Pendulum", may well be counted among the effects which are particularly well suited as a litmus test for all theories of gravitation.

The binary star system HMC (J0806.3+1527) emits gravitational waves near 6220.5 $mu$Hz, which can be detected with superconducting gravimeters. A newly developed method improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal so much that the second derivative of the orbital frequency can now also be precisely measured. This frequency evolution is needed to understand the transport of matter in this mysterious star system.

Using the photon universe model, as an alternative to models for the explanation of some rotation curves (dark matter, MOND), we propose a comparative analysis of the "photon universe" model with the MOND model.

I claim that the JWST findings disprove part of the Big Bang theory (BB). It is to be noted, that this disagreement follows additional measurements that contradict the BB. For example, the measurements of Hubble’s constant result in two separate constants. Therefore, the BB must be modified. I agree with BB that there was an explosion that created our universe. But it was not an explosion of a singularity point, but rather of a primeval neutron star. After the explosion, the major part of the neutron star remained at its position (I designate this part: the Pivot). The other part created our matter universe. This matter universe has not flown radially in all directions, as claimed by the BB, but rather started to orbit the Pivot. It will be shown how the Pivot structure can explain JWST discoveries as well as Hubble’s constant crisis.

The Doppler effect is one of the most important and most elementary phenomenon in nature. If we accept that fact, then there is no need to use any other theories to understand its essence. There is only one Doppler effect, regardless of whether the signal between the sender and the receiver travels directly or through a medium. Therefore, there is only one formula that is valid in all cases. The goal of this paper is to determine that formula. Using the obtained results, we will show that the one-way speed of light can be measured by physical experiment.
