This article has two parts: the first part is investigated on Tesla’s claims about

The position of any baby body is decided by ‘gravitational kinetic energy level of parent body’ at its orbit, which is not considered by ‘Titius-bode’s law’.

As per proposed Treo model of gravitation [9] presence of any mass energy exerts a load on omnipresent space matrix (space-time-energy), which is reacted by equal force, with the kinetic energy generated by contraction of involved space matrix. This action- reaction mechanism for load of any cosmic body deforms all four dimensions of involved space time, which matches the geometry of Schwarzschild matrix for Sun, as described by general theory.
Any ‘m’ unit masses body, exerts a load of m^2 unit masses (pressure on space matrix) at its gravitational centre, which is supported by equal number of m^2 gravitons arranged according to proposed coloumn geometry in its gravitational sphere (rotating kinetic coloumn of fourth dimension) formed by space matrix. Bodies fall towards each other (gravitational attraction) as deficient support is provided to both bodies, due to generation of insufficient number of supporting gravitons/ kinetons, by common shared space matrix in between. This central load of m^2 unit masses, dilutes / spreads on surrounding space matrix outside its gravitational sphere, as 2 M exerted load, on each orbit of gravitational field. This 2M load spreads, in n th bound treo layer (of orbit) from gravitational center of body, equally on each of its 2n-1 apex bound treos, present along the Reduced Compton wave length of matter wave, in this orbit. Pluto, Ceres and all planets of Solar system except Neptune, with a high approximation, follow a rule called Titius-Bode rule or Bode rule, which can by no means be considered as a stochastic event. This rule shows that the distance of planets from the sun in Solar system is regulated. Here, I prove that the existence of a standing and cosine wave packet, with the wavelength λ = 0.6 AU (AU represents the distance of Earth from the Sun) and the phase constant ∅=π/6, in solar system is the reason for Bode rule. And moreover, I prove that this huge wave packet belongs to the sun. Bode rule does not predict the distance of Neptune from the Sun but, this article is able to give us the distance of Neptune. Based on this article, Quantum mechanics will enter into a new stage.

According to S. Hawking and W Israel calculation the frequencies of the gravitational waves is in the range 10^-7 t0 10^11 Hz. In this paper we show that the theoretical ( calculated) frequencies of the brain waves is of the order 10 Hz. Circa 1100 B.C. the Chinese scientist Chu Kong, watching the shadow of a gnomon during winter and summer solstices, measured the obliquity of ecliptic and defined its value: 23° 54' 02" [1], [2], [3]. Since then until present is supposed to believe, that the planets of the Solar system rotate in the same plane – the ecliptic, with not large deviations of a few degrees of separate planets from the rotation plane of the Earth.
Rotation planes of all the planets during millennia and centuries passed was characterized with the only parameter. i.e. the angle of incline. Any other parameters characterizing the rotation planes of the planets, have never been done and they do not exist at present.
The given research of the coordinates of the planets’ rotation plane showed, that any objects forming a planetary type system move along a wavy trajectory. It is shown, that the “flatness” of rotation of the planets is S-shaped.

The alignment of transverse vectors on the sky, such as the polarization directions of electromagnetic radiation from astronomical sources, can be an interesting property of the sources themselves or of the intervening medium between source and detector. For many regions of the Milky Way the alignment of the polarization directions of starlight is evident. However evident visually, it is useful to have a numerical alignment function that can be used to judge the significance of the correlations. The test described here evaluates the tendency for aligned directions to focus on points in the sky, as well as correlations in their avoidance of points in the sky. The formulas needed to conduct the test are derived and two illustrative examples are provided. In one sample from the Milky Way, the polarization directions from starlight
are seen to converge far from the sample and, for another sample, a set of quasars with polarized radio emissions, the convergence occurs close to the sample.
